RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Sweet Emotions Candy always wants its customers to be happy! If for some reason there is a problem with your order, we will gladly accept returns of unopened products within 30 days of receipt. Some exceptions and conditions may apply:
We cannot return bulk candy, any personalized products, or customized orders. We do recognize that sometimes products get damaged during shipping. If this happens, we request that you hold onto the product and call our customer service number at 1(860) 477-0945. In order to receive a credit or replacement, we will need pictures and/or return of the product.
Please indicate the product name, item number and reason for your exchange/return. Please note, original order shipping costs are not refundable or transferable.

Customers are responsible for the shipping costs on all returns. Please use a responsible carrier for your return, one that can provide you with a tracking number. Sweet Emotions Candy is not responsible for lost or damaged shipments.
For your convenience, online purchases may be returned to Sweet Emotions Candy store for immediate credit. Proof of purchase (order confirmation, packing slip or receipt) is required for reimbursement of the full purchase price, minus any shipping.
We will return the product purchase amount in the manner in which you paid.
Please allow a minimum of 21 days to receive and process your return.
